Founded by Courtney, Bless This Messy Nest is informed by over two decades of hands-on experience across occupational therapy, sustainable systems and family life.

With a background supporting people to maintain independence and function within their home environments, Courtney designs organisation systems that work with real daily routines, changing seasons and busy households, not just aesthetics.

Experience working in zero-waste initiatives with Green Connect informs a thoughtful, low-waste approach to decluttering. Belongings are never treated as disposable by default, with donation and recycling options carefully explored to minimise landfill.

Drawing on her experience co-founding Feed Mama First, a business built around care, nourishment, and practical support during demanding life stages, Courtney brings the same human-centred approach to home resets.
