How It Works
1. Enquiry & Discovery Call
Once your enquiry is received, we aim to respond within 24 hours to arrange a 15-minute discovery call. This is an opportunity to briefly discuss your space, identify pain points and determine whether Bless This Messy Nest is the right fit for your needs.
2. Complimentary In-Home Consultation
If you decide to move forward, we schedule a complimentary in-home consultation. During this visit we take a closer look at the space, discuss who uses it, understand daily routines and clarify your goals.
Following the consultation, you will receive a summary email outlining the proposed action plan, along with recommendations for any storage solutions that may enhance the functionality of the space after decluttering.
3. Decluttering & Reset Session
Most projects begin with a focused 4–5 hour session to determine the level of sorting and decluttering required. This creates clarity around what is staying and allows us to begin implementing practical organisation systems.
In many homes, more than one decluttering session is needed to thoughtfully work through belongings without rushing decisions. Follow-up sessions allow us to continue removing excess items, refine systems and ensure the space functions in a sustainable way.
Subsequent sessions may involve further sorting, installing additional storage solutions, adjusting layouts and fine-tuning the organisation so it supports your daily routines long term.
4. Transparent Pricing
You are charged only for in-home session time. There are no additional fees for consultations, planning, research, product sourcing, travel time or donation drop-offs.
